Alternative treatments for enlarged prostate
DVU physicians are licensed to perform Indigo laser procedures, a minimally invasive procedure used to reduce enlarged prostates. We also now offer a new non-surgical treatment for prostate enlargement called TUMT (transurethral microwave therapy) a proceure performed in the physician’s office which utilizes microwave technology to decrease the size of the prostate.
