Douglas S. Berkman MD, ScM
A 1998 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Berkman earned a Master of Science in Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore prior to attending medical school. After receiving his MD from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, he served a surgical internship and urologic surgical residency at Columbia University Medical Center in New York. He completed his education in 2010 with a fellowship in minimally invasive and robotic urologic oncology from New York University Langone Medical Center and the NYU Cancer Institute.
Dr. Berkman takes a special interest in urologic oncology, treating all forms of cancer of the genitourinary system. A New Jersey native, originally from the Princeton area, today Dr. Berkman resides in Pennington with his wife and daughter.
